Suicide
How could a person have the courage to kill himself but not have the courage to live?
Kang is one of my surfing partners. He has a surf store, a beautiful girlfriend, two clothing stores, three Vespa scooters, many friends.. etc. He almost has everything I would like to have! Yesterday evening, I was stunned as I heard the news that Kang committed suicide. I asked myself again and again, why?
It all about money!
Without much data, I think money was the problem. But I can't understand what could force a man to take his own life? The problem about our culture is the one who gets the money,will have the power! If you don't have the money, you're nothing! Money, money, money! Wake up! Does money give you happiness? Many who have great expectation will never be satisfied! I mean, you should listen to your deep inside. Learn to live within you budget. And, just do it! I hate that someone who likes me always saying that: if #@%$, maybe &^&&^%$*......You know I know that doesn't make sense!
Anyway, it is easier said than done. I wish I could be satisfied.

Fa Shi
It was 7:40 p.m. When I arrived at Mary's and Franke's apartments as usual. I pressed the doorbell. After few seconds, a strange name just past though my ear,"Far Shi? " The star of the day!
I have to say sorry first, I came without being invited. Since Willie said he was seriously ill, I thought I was supposed to meet Mary at the free time! So~ I went to apartment #2 for English learning. No wonder when Franke answered the doorbell at about 8:00, he thought it must be "Fashi". Then, Mary explained that "Fashi " is another new student like me. When I first heard this name, I thought, wow! What a strange name! But I figure out what's going on after ten minutes."Fashi " came in the door without hair. He is a monk! Then he introduced himself and fixed up his name to "Fazhao". Let's call him Master Fazhao.
Master Fazhao is an amazing person, who is very positive! Not only does he look positive but also smiles positive, even laughes positive! Seems like all Buddhists are like this. Now we are going to learn English together. I should increase my vocabulary to catch up with him. Okay, keep moving on!

The gift
Since I have been disappointed in love, I have had no idea for two years how to deal with Chirstmas! I am anxious how to spend the day. On the other hand, I can save money because I do not have to do Christmas shopping!
About the gift, right! I have a friend, that us call her "U ", who can weave little stuff very well. When I showed U my headphones with broken sleeves, she said that she would weave a special one for me! And I got the gift yesterday. I was too embarrassed to put it on!
Can you image this pinky stuff on my head? How embarrassing! But I still think it was sweet of U, and I thank her! Next time I want to introduce U to everybody. U's family is also the one treat me as a family member.

Cold snap but Vespa
It is 7:00 am, the weather is as cold as in the refrigerator. I hate the call which wakes me up, actually! Okay, I have to get up. This is the day we're going to meet our Vespa group in Yunlin(雲林).
Coincidentally, the cold snap just visits Taiwan at that time! I even wear two pairs of pants.
We get together at 8:45, but we have to wait for another person till 10:00. This is terrible! No one is on time except 王小普 and 阿凱. But we still have a good time while waiting. Ha~ Anyway, we just ride and ride and ride, I almost cannot feel my fingers! I swear to god I would never do this again!

The Resurrection
My English tutor Mary gave me a plan, I have to write something down in English everyday! No matter what! So I try to describe what I have done everyday (I hope so).
The worst thing I did in this couple days just happened a few hours ago. I left my key in the door! This is terrible! Fortunately, my uncle found the key (I live with my uncle), not someone else like a bad guy. But I did feel guilty about this, I am sorry!
I have to admit that I feel confused about my future, life and what I am doing! It puts me in a unstable situation. God speed the answer to me! By the way, I want to say something to Mary, who treats me as her family. It does work! I heard two vocabulary words very clearly that you taught me! The"ego-booster" one I have told you about already.Today, when I heard "Resurrection" come from the TV, I was very excited! I want to say "Thank you!" to you! I think I will never forget these two words forever. Thank you, Mary!
